It is raised for 81 days outdoors in Vilalba, in Lugo, with a minimum space of 4 square meters.
The chicken is fed on 100% organic grains. It is certified by the Galician Council for Organic Agriculture.
Conservation
To preserve organic chicken wings at home:
- Refrigeration: Keep the chicken between 1-4°C, in its original packaging or in an airtight container, and consume it within 1-2 days.
- Freezing: Freeze at -18°C if not consuming soon, using freezer-safe bags and labeling with the date. Consume within 3-6 months.
- Defrosting: Do it in the refrigerator, never at room temperature.
- Hygiene: Use separate utensils for raw meat and wash them thoroughly.
- Cooking: Make sure the inside reaches 75°C before consuming.
