Conservation

To preserve organic beef burgers at home:

Refrigeration: Keep the burgers between 1-4°C, in their original packaging or in an airtight container, and consume within 1-2 days.
Freezing: Freeze at -18°C if not consuming soon, using freezer-safe bags and labeling with the date. Consume within 3-6 months.
Defrosting: Do it in the refrigerator, never at room temperature.
Hygiene: Use separate utensils for raw meat and wash them thoroughly.
Cooking: Make sure the inside reaches 75°C before consuming.
