Exploring Your Human Design: A Journey of Self-Discovery at Sanus Market
Last November 30th, at Sanus Market in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, we celebrated an event that will be etched in the memory of all attendees: the workshop “Discover Your Human Design: Presence, Purpose, and Balance.” Led by renowned personal growth expert Elena González, this free activity was much more than a simple talk; it was a space for transformation and self-discovery.
During the two-hour workshop, Elena guided participants in exploring their “Human Design,” a tool that combines aspects of astrology, numerical science, and energetic principles. Through key data such as their birth date and the unique vibration of their name, attendees were able to discover surprising details about their life purpose, their innate abilities, and how to find a balance between being and doing.
