Mustard sprouts are one of our spicy sprouts. With an intense and delicious flavor. The properties of mustard sprouts are:

Conservation
Store them in the refrigerator, preferably in a sealed glass container. If they're dry, they'll keep perfectly for 10 to 12 days. Placing a piece of kitchen paper at the bottom helps.
