Today in Sanus Market, We have held an event in which we had the privilege of hosting a unique workshop on green smoothies and healthy habits, taught by the wellness and nutrition expert, Margui, known on the networks as @naturalmentemargui. Her holistic approach and passion for healthy living were palpable in every aspect of the workshop, creating an educational and enriching experience for all participants.
Today's workshop was not just a demonstration of how to prepare nutritious green smoothies, but a deep dive into the art of living well.
