Product Details

Organic chicken thighs, raised under conditions of maximum animal welfare, which makes them really tasty and natural. The chicken comes from a selected breed, with traditional red plumage.

It is raised for 81 days outdoors in Vilalba, Lugo, with a minimum space of 4 square meters.

The feed is based on 100% organic cereals. This chicken is certified by the Regulatory Council of Organic Agriculture of Galicia.

Conservation

To preserve organic chicken thighs at home:

Refrigeration: Keep chicken between 1-4°C, in its original packaging or in an airtight container, and consume within 1-2 days.
Freezing: Freeze at -18°C if not consumed soon, using freezer-safe bags and labeling with the date. Consume within 3-6 months.
Defrosting: Do it in the refrigerator, never at room temperature.
Hygiene: Use separate utensils for raw meat and wash them well.
Cooking: Make sure the interior reaches 75°C before consuming.
